Students may come to any and all classes for their belt level each week.
We recommend working out at 2-3 classes a week consistently for best results.
We are accepting new
students.
Visit and try a FREE class today!
Children (ages 5-12) may try any Juniors' beginner class and
Teenagers and Adults may try any Adult/Teen class marked
"Try a FREE class!" on the schedule below.
Wear comfortable workout clothing (loose-fitting t-shirt and sweat
pants; no shorts) and arrive at least 5 minutes before the class time.
